Mindy : Well, what do you think?
Rob : It's perfect. I'll take it.
Mindy : All right. I'll need you to sign a lease.
Rob : How long can I rent out your apartment for?
Mindy : A year. That's how long I'll be gone.
Rob : Sounds pretty good.
Mindy : I'll need to get a deposit of two months as well as
the first month's rent.
Rob : Sure. I can come back tomorrow, give you the
money, and sign the lease.
Mindy : All right. See you then.

羅伯：太好了！我要了！
敏蒂：好的，我需要你簽租約。
羅伯：我可以租妳的公寓多久？
敏蒂：一年，這一年期間我都不在。
